“I have always been involved in some type of sport or fitness activity for most of my life, I’ve always fluctuated in weight and size. “When I first joined MAD5 FITNESS, I was just on a simple quest to stay healthy (just do a little cardio). After trying a few classes, I knew this was the gym for me. “Derek and the MAD5 FITNESS family has truly taught me to not wish for it but to work for it. I carry that in my mind all the time, especially when I want to stop, but I can’t.
